  • We don't offer standard pricing lists because each project is uniquely tailored to your specific needs. Your pricing will be customized based on several factors:

    • Quantity of items needed

    • Print process selected (digital or letterpress)

    • Size of your suite (number of pieces included)

    • Special enhancements (ribbon, wax seals, envelope liners, etc.)

    • Paper selections and finishes

To receive a personalized proposal that accurately reflects your vision and requirements, we recommend completing our inquiry form (Heirloom or Semi-Custom). This allows us to understand your preferences and wedding details so we can create a personalized quote just for you.

Our team will work closely with you to develop a suite that fits both your style and budget while delivering the perfect introduction to your wedding day.

  • We recommend you order your Save the Date cards 2-3 months before you plan to mail them to your guests. Since it's recommended to send Save the Dates 6-10 months before your wedding day, we suggest placing your order 8-13 months before your wedding.

    Timeline breakdown:

    • Digital printing: Allow 1-2 weeks for production

    • Letterpress printing: Allow up to 3 weeks for production

    • Additional time for addressing, stuffing envelopes, and mailing: 1-2 weeks

    Special considerations:

    • If many guests need to make travel arrangements, aim for the earlier side (10 months before the wedding)

    • For destination weddings, consider ordering even earlier to give guests maximum planning time

    • During peak wedding season (spring/summer), our production schedule may be fuller, so allow extra time

Once you receive your Save the Dates, you'll want to mail them promptly to ensure your guests have ample time to make arrangements for your special day.

  • Since it's recommended to send wedding invitations 8-10 weeks before your wedding day, we suggest placing your order 6-8 months before your wedding.

    Timeline breakdown:

    • Digital printing: Allow 1-2 weeks for production

    • Letterpress printing: Allow up to 3 weeks for production

    • Additional time for addressing, stuffing envelopes, and assembly: 2-3 weeks

    Special considerations:

    • For complex suites with multiple pieces or special finishes, allow extra production time

    • During peak wedding season (spring/summer), our production schedule may be fuller, so order on the earlier side

    • If you're including RSVP cards, factor in time for guests to respond (typically 3-4 weeks before the wedding)

    • For destination weddings, consider mailing invitations slightly earlier to give guests additional planning time

Ordering with plenty of lead time ensures we can create your perfect invitation suite without rushing and gives you peace of mind as your wedding day approaches.

  • We recommend starting the day-of details process about 4 months prior to your wedding date. This timeline allows sufficient opportunity to design, refine, and produce all your special day elements without rushing.

    Day-of items typically include:

    • Ceremony programs

    • Menu cards

    • Place cards or escort cards

    • Table numbers

    • Welcome signs

    • Seating charts

    • Thank you cards

    • Custom signage

    • Cups, koozies, napkins, and more!

    Timeline considerations:

    • Design and proofing: 2-3 weeks

    • Digital printing: 1-2 weeks for production

    • Letterpress & foil printing: Up to 3 weeks for production

    • Final assembly and delivery: 1-2 weeks

Starting 4 months ahead ensures we have time to coordinate all elements with your overall wedding aesthetic while accommodating any last-minute guest list changes or design adjustments. This timeline also provides a comfortable buffer for addressing unexpected delays, especially during busy wedding seasons.

  • Absolutely! The photos on our website showcase our suites in their most basic form, but we encourage personalization through custom artwork. Custom illustrations require additional time, so please allow 3-4 weeks for artwork creation beyond our standard production timeline.

    Popular custom artwork options include:

    • Watercolor venue illustrations

    • Custom maps of your wedding location

    • Floral or botanical designs

    • Pet portraits

    • Meaningful wedding motifs

These custom elements can be incorporated throughout your suite – on save the dates, invitations, or as beautiful envelope liners from our suite enhancements collection.

Custom artwork creates a truly unique stationery experience that reflects your personal style while giving guests a glimpse of your wedding aesthetic. During your consultation, we'll discuss all available artwork options and how they can best complement your vision.

  • Custom artwork typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete. This timeframe allows our artists to create a thoughtful, detailed piece that perfectly captures your venue or concept.

The illustration process includes initial sketching, client feedback, refinements, and final artwork preparation for print production. This timeline should be factored into your overall stationery ordering schedule to ensure everything is ready when needed.

For wedding suites requiring custom illustrations, we recommend starting the process earlier than our standard timeline to accommodate this additional artistic work.

  • No, you do not! You can place your save the date order first and then place your invitation order at a later date. Remember though that all orders placed are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if we have not started your design process.

  • While we’d absolutely would love to meet you in person, we do not have a physical storefront. In order to make your experience as “in-hand” as possible, we offer a Sample Kit to order. The cost of the Sample Kit is credited back to you (in the form of a coupon code delivered via email after your order) to be used towards your wedding stationery order.

In addition, we offer video and phone consultations to further discuss your paper needs!

  • We recommend counting addresses rather than individuals, since invitations are typically mailed to households. But also keep in mind, anyone over 18 received their own invitation.

We then recommend adding 15-20 extra invitations to give yourself room for last minute invites, any you might misplace or damage, and keepsakes to have photographed along with your other day-of details.

  • Wording: you can choose all wording for all pieces of your collection order. We provide you with wording options and examples once you place your order

Ink Color: you can choose all ink color from our Signature Ink Colors.

Printing Type: you can choose the printing type from our printing selections

Custom Illustrations & Maps: you can add a custom illustration and/or map to your collection order
