Historic architecture, lush florals, and heirloom-inspired paper goods came together for a breathtaking styled wedding shoot at Monroe Street Abbey in Phoenix, Arizona. Hosted by Styled Shoots Across America, this creative collaboration brought together an incredible team of wedding professionals to reimagine the industrial beauty of the Abbey as a vibrant, garden-inspired ceremony space.

Once a church and now a striking event venue, Monroe Street Abbey’s soaring steel beams, exposed brick, and iconic rose window created a dramatic canvas for cascading florals in warm desert hues. The floral installation transformed the balcony and ceremony space into a living garden, overflowing with textures and color — the perfect setting for a romantic desert wedding celebration.

We designed and letterpressed the stationery suite featured throughout the shoot, creating heirloom-quality paper goods that balanced classic elegance with modern Southwestern warmth.

A Letterpress Wedding Invitation Suite with Vintage Romance

The invitation suite was designed to evoke timeless romance with subtle Old-World details. Printed on luxurious handmade paper using traditional letterpress printing, the suite featured soft gray ink and an architectural arch motif inspired by historic church windows.

The reception table design carried the same romantic color palette forward with soft green linens, warm florals, and elegant gold flatware.

Each place setting featured a custom letterpress menu printed on handmade paper, layered atop embroidered cactus napkins and secured with a soft peach place card tag and wax seal. These tactile details added depth and sophistication to the table while subtly nodding to the desert setting.
